We’re delighted to be the first funeral director in the UK to be awarded the ‘Gold Award for Consumer Information’ from the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD).
As a member of the NAFD we not only pride ourselves in offering the highest quality funeral services, but also in helping our families make informed decisions by providing them with the clear information they need when choosing a funeral director.
On 16 May 2019, the Scottish Government published its Funeral Costs Guidance which sets out the good practices funeral directors should aim for in relation to:
- Transparency of pricing
- Helping clients understand costs
- Provision of estimates and final bills
- Making information about lower-cost funeral options available.
