We’ll always give you an estimate
Once we’ve had a proper chat, and you’ve told us what kind of funeral you would like, we’ll be able to give you confirmation of your requests and an accurate estimate of how much it will cost. And if you want to make any changes as the day approaches, adding extra cars or flowers, for example, we’ll provide you with an updated estimate at every stage.

If you’re worrying about paying for the funeral, please don’t. We’re here to help. We’ll explain, openly and honestly, the costs that are involved, every step of the way.
We’ll talk you through our lower-cost options, explain areas where simple savings can be made, and even help you apply for ‘Funeral Support Payment‘ if you’re eligible for assistance.
Funeral Support Payments are available to people living in Scotland who need help paying for a funeral and can be a massive help at a difficult time.
They don’t usually cover the full costs, but if you are eligible, they can help ease at least some of the burden.
Our terms
We’ll ask you to pay a £500 deposit within two days of the arrangements being made. We’ll invoice you for the full amount a week after the service. And we ask you to pay the full balance within 35 days.
If you’ve any questions or concerns regarding our invoice, please contact us as soon as possible.
Finally, you can pay in all the usual ways. By cash, cheque or card at our office. Over the telephone, or via your online banking.
