Whilst we appreciate that the first few weeks after the funeral are a particularly difficult time, we  constantly strive to improve the level of service we provide. We therefore send a quality service questionnaire a few weeks after the funeral. This provides us with important feedback, these questionnaires are reviewed by the management team and used to improve our service.

We also receive cards and letters from families we have served.
